A survey on school health nurses’ morale in Seoul was conducted in July 1976 for the period of one month, to recognize the present status of school health nurses’ morale, in the primary schools. One hundred and five school health nurses of the primary schools were selected for this study and method used for data collection was a questionnaire and replies obtained by mail. The main findings of this study were as follows. 1) Spare time, Interpersonal relation, Self-esteem were most positive aspects. (means satisfaction) 2) Work load, Working condition were the less positive aspects. 3) Social status, Salary, Personal administration, Budget management were evenly divided. 4) Mobility for promotion, Educational theory and practice were negative aspects. (means dissatisfaction)
